Motley Crue launched a new album and a new tour in 2008, and the band has now announced that the Saints of Los Angeles Tour will continue into 2009. You can see the band’s 29-date winter touring schedule at this link. They will be rolling into St. Paul on February 18, and the rest of the dates are focused on the Midwest and the East Coast of the United States. I will be sitting this tour out because of the timing and the amount of driving involved, but I’m sure the band will do very well financially on this run. They are bringing along two newer bands, which will help Motley Cure by increasing ticket sales as well as their exposure to a younger audience.
I will be seeing AC/DC in concert one week from now in St. Paul. The reviews of the band’s shows thus far have been overwhelmingly positive, and I am looking forward to my chance to write a review, and of course get some great pictures.
