When it comes to rock festivals for the upcoming summer, few if any can offer the solid line-up already established by the Thunder Mountain Rockfest. Set for July 8, 9, and 10 just south of Minot, North Dakota, Thunder Mountain as of last week boasted the famous harmonies of Night Ranger, the rousing rock of Kix, plus a tall order of classic rock in the form of The Guess Who, Chuck Negron, and Blood, Sweat, and Tears. This week, more announcements have revealed that Survivor and Jani Lane will take the stage at the festival. And trust us – that’s not all. In fact, the line-up for a modern rock night along with headliners for all three nights are still unannounced. Rock is coming back to North Dakota in a very big way.
