Progressive rock heavyweights Yes can’t seem to get enough of life on the road. On the heels of last summer’s tour of America with Asia and a late fall tour of Europe, the band has announced a series of 15 winter shows in the eastern half America beginning on February 4.
Founding frontman Jon Anderson has been absent from touring since Yes resumed touring last year. Fortunately, a ready and willing replacement was quickly found in Benoit David, a tribute band singer with a voice that bears more than remarkable similarities. Add in the face melting guitar pyrotechnics of Steve Howe and the impeccable musicianship of Chris Squire, Alan White, and Oliver Wakeman (son of the absent Rick Wakeman), and there’s more than enough to keep the fans lining up.
More tour dates, along with meet and greet packages are promised to be in the works. Head to YesWorld.com for more information, and view the tour schedule below.
